ERNIE CLARK

Founder of Life Long Fitness, Inc.

“Home of the Fired Up Ex-Couch Potatoes”

Ernie Clark is a native upstate New Yorker who formerly resided in Lockport, New York. He graduated from Michigan State University in East Lansing, Michigan. Mr. Clark joined the National Football League as a linebacker for six years (5 years with the Detroit Lions and one year with the St. Louis Cardinals).

In 1996, he was disturbed by the news that Michigan was named the fattest state in the country. In his mission to get Michigan residents healthier, Mr. Clark introduced Powersit, an innovative exercise program that just about anyone can do. Mr. Clark has appeared in many places around the state, promoting and demonstrating the importance of exercise as a means of getting and staying healthy.

In 2004, he released a Powersit video to allow others to benefit from his exercise program. This video would be present when and where he could not be.
