2004 Scholarship Winner Ms. Lindsey Renee Kanyo

    My name is Lindsey Renee Kanyo. I was born on June 5, 1984. I was
diagnosed with Lupus when I was six years old. I have been in
remission for thirteen years.

    I am currently a Junior at Eastern Michigan University (Ypsilanti,
Michigan) working towards a Business degree with a minor in
Spanish.

    I love to read and also enjoy movies. I have one sister. Her name is
Aubrey and she is a senior at Woodhaven High School. She will be
attending college in the Fall.  My parents are Mark and Jane Kanyo.
